History

Since our start in 2003, Affinity Property Management has placed a significant priority on the relationships we have developed with the people who matter most – our valued clients and our loyal associates. Our approach is both professional and personal. Affinity Property Management is a privately held third-party management company based in Portland, Oregon. Our portfolio of over 115 apartment communities covers a wide geographical range throughout the Pacific Northwest. We manage properties throughout Oregon and Washington. Our combination of people and quality management products has led to our dramatic success and a strong client base.
