So far, our experience has been really positive. Staff is responsive, maintenance is prompt, and the units are nice. The maintenance request system is all electronic which is very convenient, but also logs your maintenance history including turnaround times. It seems like they really try to hold their staff accountable. Occasionally we have issues with noisy neighbors and smoking, but that’s typical anywhere. Overall we like living here.
